What are the terms & conditions for money back policy?
- Applicable for purchases only in India along with valid invoice which includes GST details.
- Should have purchased from www.amazon.in or www.anoya.in
- Only if there is no positive result.
- Only 1 quantity of face wash or shampoo will be accepted per customer.
- Has to be claimed within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- This policy is only result based. It will be accepted only if we find the reason valid.
- Customer should have used the product and should have product pictures backing up the claim.
- Cusotmer should have used the shampoo/facewash product atleast 15 times.
How do I claim for money back policy?
- The customer must write to us on info@anoya.in or on whatsapp/phone on 87900 09890 with the reason, copy of original invoice and phone number within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- Once we receive the request our customer care representative will have a talk with the customer.
- Only after a thorough chat if our representative finds the reason genuine will it be accepted.
- Money will be initiated within 10 working days.
- Return can be claimed for any 1 quantity of the product.
