Only 2 products are included in this offer. They are:

What are the terms & conditions for money back policy?
  • Applicable for purchases only in India along with valid invoice which includes GST details.
  • Should have purchased from www.amazon.in or www.anoya.in
  • Only if there is no positive result.
  • Only 1 quantity of face wash or shampoo will be accepted per customer.
  • Has to be claimed within 30 days from the date of invoice.
  • This policy is only result based. It will be accepted only if we find the reason valid.
  • Customer should have used the product and should have product pictures backing up the claim.
  • Cusotmer should have used the shampoo/facewash product atleast 15 times.
How do I claim for money back policy?
  • The customer must write to us on info@anoya.in or on whatsapp/phone on 87900 09890 with the reason, copy of original invoice and phone number within 30 days from the date of invoice.
  • Once we receive the request our customer care representative will have a talk with the customer.
  • Only after a thorough chat if our representative finds the reason genuine will it be accepted.
  • Money will be initiated within 10 working days.
  • Return can be claimed for any 1 quantity of the product.
